This reports on what I learned while doing the updating of the IEEE Ethics History Repository as Page 2, at the request in December 2019 of Dr. Michael Geselowitz, Director, IEEE History Center. I was given no restrictions serving as its Editor, until 9 months later when it was completed and then instructed to remove the AUDIO EDITORIALS which I had created and to put them on their own ETHW FIRST-HAND more appropriate web page, which is what this page is.
